I accidentally found Memory Depot this past Friday evening (much to my husband's dismay *grin*.) WOW! I'm glad I did. LaRee was super and the store is huge! I cannot wait to spend more time discovering all the goodies. Being new to Austin, it looks like Memory Depot will be the only scrapbook store I will ever need. I only got to spend a few minutes since it was closing time (although I think LaRee would have let me stay all evening) but I look forward to going back soon and taking some classes - and of course to shop!

With a lot of spare time on my hands lately, a friend suggested I get into scrapbooking. She directed me to the Memory Deport in Copperfield. Debbie showed everything I needed to get started. Her friendly, cheerful attitude made what I thought would be an awkward experience into a very pleasant one. Now I'm hooked!

I visited your Houston store a few days before the doors opened. I was honored to meet LaRee herself and some of the store staff. Since then, I don't get to visit very often due to a hectic family schedule but did pop in recently and found the new staff really really nice, very friendly and welcoming. I have shopped and taken classes at some other stores and found them to be very "clique-ish" and wasn't really comfortable so I'm really looking forward to getting involved w/ the Houston Memory Depot's classes and events. I am especially looking forward to the stamp class that LaRee is scheduled to teach!
I could go on about how big the store is and how great it's layout is but that honestly isn't what brings people in. It's the staff and how they conduct themselves when your present and Memory Depot has the most pleasant staff I've ever encountered. I truly encourage anyone who feels they may not "fit" to visit and talk with them. Within minutes they make you feel like an old friend. Not many stores can say that!

I kept hearing about your store and finally found it the other day. It is so room, and "open"--I hate when things are so close that you can not see the paper. Your classroom setting is great! I will visit as often as I can.
I asked about some of the display items and all was explained.

This is my new favorite store. Everything about the store and staff is absolutely wonderful! I love all the employees at Memory Depot; they are all incredibly helpful and friendly. It just feels like home when you’re shopping there because you have wonderful people like Betty and LaRee to take care of you. They have everything you need to make beautiful crafts that will be treasured for a lifetime. The classes there are so much fun and innovative. If I could, I would take all of them! LaRee and Sam, your store is a crafter’s heaven.

I love your store and Sheila is the best! Each time I go in she and the others make you feel so welcome. I love the layout of the store and each time I go in there are more things to choose from. Hats off to a great "team"

Thank you Laree and Sam for putting such a wonderful place like this together. I love visiting you and your store. I don't feel like I shop there; it's more like visiting friends and seeing what's new and I love being a part of it!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I recently started a Greeting Card Company and couldn't have made it a success without the help of the staff and the wonderful materials and supplies. Thank you!

If heaven has a scrapbook and rubber stamp store, the sign above it will surely read Memory Depot. The selections are the best and the employees are "Texas friendly" and so helpful. Thank you for providing us with such a pleasant store to support our hobbies.

From the first time to the last time walking into the store, I always felt welcomed & cared for as a friend & customer. The staff are sincere in their desire to help you suceed in your projects, giving advice & inspiration & suggestions. That's why I would drive 60 miles weekly for classes & supplies. Now that I have moved to another state, I sadly say I will never find a retail establishment as first rate as the Depot!

This store stands head and shoulders above any other store in Houston. I make up excuses to slip away to Austin and never regret poppin' in to Memory Depot. I know the owners are cutting edge because I see them at the same events I try to attend in order to see what's new. And they always generously share what they know. You will not be disappointed!

I have visited Memory Depot in Austin many times in the last few months. I was very pleased the employees were very customer oriented whether I was just browsing or came in for something specific.
Some times I have a specific ideas in my head and would attempt to explain what I wanted and they had great suggestions on products I could apply to the project. They would even have examples of what the end product could look like. Now I'm spoiled, I wish Memory Depot a long and prosperous life!
