You can shop at many stores that well scrapbooking materials. However, the difference is the customer service and the people. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced scrapbooker you can always get up-to-date materials, and on-the-spot demo’s. How many stores have you been to that have that type of excellent service!

Memory Depot took my breath away the moment I walked in. I was, and am, amazed at the artful and professional environment. You can breathe in this store - (I realized after catching that first breath) the layout of the materials causes me to let my creative imaginations go wild. I love the displays of how to use the products and the product selection. However the skill & knowledge of the staff keeps drawing me back, again & again.

Memory Depot is one of the best things that have ever happened to me since I moved to Austin. This shop is amazing! Beginning with the staff at Memory Depot. Everyone is so kind and friendly. They don't mind sharing their ideas and tips with anyone that asks for them. Memory Depot to me is like Toys R Us to my children. Once I walk into the shop I just don't know where to go look first. The only bad thing is that I can't walk out with the entire store. I think that if I could live at Memory Depot I would.

When I moved to Austin in 2001, I was thankful to find Scrapbooking, but stamps as well!! I have taught craft & stamping classes in 2 other states, and found the owners to be extremely nice and receptive to me teaching at their store. Memory Depot is an incredible shop. They always have the latest products and often have them before other stores. I really enjoy the classes they provide. Not only do they teach scrapbooking classes but they also have great classes in other areas to incorporate the supplies. It is a great store with great people!!

Thursday’s are “Memory Depot Day” at my work. One lady who makes cards, another who runs a soap-making business, and I (scrapbooker and card-maker) make our weekly trip to Memory Depot at lunch. There are always fresh new ideas for us to hear about exiting new displays, and a well-stocked store to serve all our rubber-stamping, scrapbooking, embossing, and card making needs.

The staff and owners are friendly and courteous and remember exactly what each of us are interested in so they can talk about what we’re looking for and point us in the right direction for what we’re looking for. I have been coming to the store for well over a year and enjoy every visit thoroughly!

Memory Depot has excellent rubber-stamping choices with such a wide variety to choose from. I enjoy browsing through the many kinds of stamps. In addition, they have great paper choices for scrapbooking and a great number of punches to choose from. They have every kind of paper punch imaginable.

It's really a great store.

Memory Depot in Austin, Texas is the place to go for a very large and current assortment of stamps, more ink pad lines than anyone I know, and every stamping accessory and product that is hot in the stamping world! If they don't have it, they jump to order it for you.

Memory Depot offers more than stamps, papers, classes, and products. The owners, Sam and LaRee, as well as their great employees and class instructors, offer a friendly visit and all the help and advise you need while you are there. Their motto is "If you aren't happy, then we aren't happy". That makes me VERY happy.

I love shopping for my scrapbook and stamp supplies at Memory Depot. The store is well laid out and the extensive inventory of stamps is fabulous, there are stamps for everyone whatever you artistic style. A wide variety of classes are offered with well-qualified instructors in a large well-lit classroom with lost of room to work. Joyce a watercolor artist and instructor who also has her own line of Texas & Wildflower stamps (JAM’n Stamps) is a one of my personal favorites. LaRee and Sam have truly the best store in Austin not only for quality scrapbook and stamping supplies, but knowledge and expertise too.

Coming into the shop for the first time was overwhelming because of the quantity and variety of merchandise. But with the help of staff, which is friendly and knowledgeable, I quickly gained information on stamping and understood the organized layout of the store. Armed with a couple of stamping classes offered in the facility I am enjoying the pursuit of my new hobby. I know if I have questions on a technique they are just a phone call away and more then happy to help.

Memory Depot is the best store in town, not only for rubber stamps but also for scrapbook projects. And I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They make you feel welcome and at home. It is the only store that gladly teaches you new things whenever you want. The selection is by for the best I have ever seen.

Memory Depot has a wonderful selection of products that I cannot find in other stores. Also, the owners and staff are very helpful. At one point I was provided assistance by one of the staff who gave me a lesson on embossing - about 15 minutes - a lesson that was the beginning of my "embossing" career.

I am relatively new to scrapbooking beginning with my youngest son's 15th birthday party a year and a half ago. With the helpful staff of Memory Depot I was able to jump right in and turn this fun event into a memorable keepsake for my son. I quickly was hooked and began scrapbooking family events for my older children and all of the family. My husband looks forward to seeing my new creations. I couldn't do it without the advice and help - not to mention, great supplies - available from Memory Depot!

While, I've not gotten into scrapbooking - yet - I love Memory Depot for it's wonderful variety of product and friendly staff who never fail to stop to answer a question or help look for that perfect punch. The store is full of ideas and creativity. Memory Depot has a wonderful class selection that go beyond scrapbooking. It's wonderful to go in and be around others who just can't resist the latest stamp or ink. I haven't quite determined why I'm drawn to purchasing a piece of paper just because it's beautiful but the choices at Memory Depot are varied, gorgeous and irresistible.
