The first time that I walked into this store I was very impressed with the great help and direction that I received. My daughter had decided that I needed to start Scrapbooking and I did not have a clue how to start. I had seen this store so I thought I would chance it that I could find a magazine or something to get me started. But, better than that I told the clerk that I did not have a clue what I was doing and she immediately began to point things out and help me pick up things that I needed to get started with.

The next step was that I signed up for a class, and my fun began. Everyone that I have dealt with has been just great. They all understand the novice and don't mind answering my many questions. Austin is lucky to have such a great store, but better yet a great staff.

We do a great deal of traveling and as we travel I stop in many scrapbook shops across the country. I would list Memory Depot as my number 1 choice in terms of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. LaRee is always ready to stop what she is doing to help you find something or to show you something new or to show you how to use whatever you are interested in.

It has always reminded me of the old-timey corner grocery where you enter as a friend rather than as a customer. The store continues to expand each month in what is available and including new items each time. Their classes are wonderful and ever expanding.

I have never gone into the store when it was not a wonderful, relaxing experience.

I have shopped in several scrapbook shops from Texas to New York. Memory Depot by far carries the best variety of stamps, books, papers and ideas. They have some wonderful classes available that make learning even more fun!!!

The staff is "always" friendly and super helpful. If they don't have a stamp or supply in stock, they are most willing to try and get it for you, even if it means adding an additional line to their inventory. I always find an attitude of "caring and sharing" which makes shopping FUN.

Memory Depot has a large selection of supplies: scrapbooking, rubber-stamping, and other paper arts. It's very convenient being able to get everything in one store. The store is large and airy, so it's easy to shop.

The staff is happy to answer questions or demonstrate products. They offer lots of classes and the credentials of the instructors are impressive.

I have owned a Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook store before and always envisioned it to look like Memory Depot. It is a one stop for all your scrapbook and rubber stamp needs. IF they don't have what you need then no one has it. They keep up with all the newest products that are available.

The staff is always helpful. Usually when you ask for help on a product they will give you a quick demo or a regular customer will give you hints. They have classes that incorporate the newest techniques in stamping and scrapbooking.

Deep in the heart of Texas is Memory Depot, my number one rubber stamp and scrapbook store!!

One of the great things about Memory Depot is your great selection of supplies. You do an excellent job of staying in touch with what is new and bringing it to your customers very quickly. You continually offer great classes with great instructors. But I think the best thing is how helpful the staff is. You are never too busy to answer questions or explain what something is for or even take a few minutes to demonstrate a technique. Your store feels so comfortable. It is a joy to visit.

I enrolled in one of the many classes offered at Memory Depot to get started in scrapbooking. Not only was the class very thorough, but also the owner spent a great deal of time afterwards helping me pick out just the right papers and supplies for my project. I have been in there many times since to purchase additional supplies and have always been pleased with how everyone in the store seems to really try to make sure that you get exactly what you need.

The store is very large and has a huge inventory of scrapbooking and related items, however it they don't have just exactly what you want, they are more than willing to order it for you. I like the fact that they have plenty of room in the store for you to come in and "play" and use their die cuts, etc. They always have lots of classes going on for whatever level or interest you might have. Memory Depot is my scrapbooking store.

Memory Depot has the best selection and variety for scrappers and rubber stampers in Austin Texas. I can count on them to carry high quality products as well as the latest materials.

Another thing that makes Memory Depot outstanding is the time they spend with a customer showing them ANY product and how it works right there in the store! Anytime!
